Rustic house in the heart of the island.
At the top there are four bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and a chill out; Two of the rooms are double with their respective bathrooms and air conditioning, the other room has a bathroom in the common area, all rooms are equipped with fans each.
At the bottom is the pool of approximately 4 x 6, three rooms; a small one with two beds, the other with a double bed and the third a study with a double bed, porch and outdoor barbecue. There is also a room with a laundry room, microwave, toaster, etc …, the house has two entrances with parking for approximately two to six cars.
Outdoor
Terraces, gardens, citrus groves, palms, lot of native vegetation and parking space. In the garden, there is a small Finca completely independent from the villa: one of them is the house of the guardian and his family. The guardian knows the house very well: he will be always available to solve any problem you may have. He cleans the pool and the outdoor and his wife, as an extra, is usually available to clean the house or do the laundry if required.
